Do I have to pay return costs?
Yes, the return shipping costs are at your own expense. We strive to minimize our environmental impact. The return costs make customers more aware of their purchase, which results in fewer shipments. If you’re unsure about your size, use our size guide tool or contact our customer service.
Return costs when using our return label:
Netherlands: €4.95
Belgium: €5.75
Germany: €5.75
France, Italy, Denmark, Spain, and other European countries: €16.50
United Kingdom: €19.50
Please note: If you choose to arrange the return shipment yourself through another carrier, the costs may vary. In that case, return costs are typically €7.95 or more, depending on the chosen shipping option and service.
Within how many days do I have to return?
Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged items with original labels and without (make-up) stains can be returned within 14 days. Returns can be made via www.travelstoffashion.nl/retour
How do I return an item?
1. Register your return: Log in with your email address, order number, or username at www.travelstoffashion.nl/return and follow the steps.
- Shipping:
With our return label: Print the return label, including the return form. It is also possible to return without a printer. Instead of the return form, you can place the packing slip back in the package. The digital return label can be scanned from your phone at a PostNL or DHL point, where they will print a new sticker for you. Arrange it yourself: You can also choose to arrange the return shipment yourself through another carrier. Please note that return costs may be higher in that case (usually €7.95 or more). Always keep the Track & Trace code for your shipment.
- Packaging:
Fold the item and place it in the original packaging. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed, returned in the original packaging with our Travelstof Fashion hangtag attached. Pack the item carefully, as we are not liable for any damage to a returned item.
Within what time frame will my return be processed?
We process your return within 5 business days of receipt*. After that, it may take 4 to 6 business days for the bank to process the refund and for the amount to appear in your account. The refund will appear under the name ‘Travelstof Fashion’ as ‘Stichting Mollie Payments’ or ‘Stripe’ on the account number you used for the payment. If you paid (partially) with store credit, the amount will be refunded directly to your account.
*Except for weekends, holidays, and extreme busy periods.
Can I exchange an ordered item?
You can return the item you ordered. Once we have received the item in good condition, the amount will be refunded to you. For a different item or size, you will need to place a new order.
Can I return multiple orders in 1 package?
As part of our sustainability efforts, two packages (multiple items) can be returned in one package.
You need to register both order numbers at www.travelstoffashion.nl/return.
For one order, select ‘I will arrange the shipping myself’ and print the return form.
For the other order, choose PostNL as the shipping option. This costs €3.95. Print the return label and the return form.
Place both return forms in the package.
Once the package arrives at our warehouse, the refund will be processed and the money will be in your account within a few business days.
