We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CET will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a PostNL, DHL, UPS or DPD Track & Trace code. From that email you can track your package and see the expected delivery time.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the Track & Trace code, which you can use to track your package.

Q: Help! My package has not been delivered, what should I do?

It is possible that the package has been delivered to a neighbor without showing up on the Track & Trace. If they do not have the package, please contact support@riverstonefashion.com
